Web based document creation solution, multichannel delivery.
This customer uses a white label version of the UnifiedPost platform. In combination with our platform he sells his payment collection solutions to his customers.
Situation before cooperation with UnifiedPost
The customers of our customer (the sender) send out worldwide offers for renewals of subscriptions. These subscriptions were generated in cooperation between our customer and their customer. Once agreed on the lay out, the documents were printed and sent to the receiver. This process is a labour-intensive, slow, expensive process with few control mechanisms.
The company wanted to have a solution where the sender could have an online tool to create the document and to follow up the production itself.
Situation with UnifiedPost
The customer of our customers (the sender) uses the UnifiedPost web based document creation solution. Part of the document is allocated for the commercial text. In this part of the letter, the sender can place any commercial message. The other part of the document is blocked for the sender and allocated to variabel financial information (different payment slips/country). This data is send to UnifiedPost and merged with the commercial data. The sender of the communication can view, cancel or approve the documents ready to be sent (print or electronic).
Documents are printed inside of the company or via the UnifiedPost print network.
The result
The sender has the freedom to compose the document without interaction of our customer. Via this solution both the sender and our customer gain a lot of time.
The sender has full control over the process and can interfere in any stage of the creation process. As the UnifiedPost platform has a connection towards electronic communication channels, the sender has the opportunity to send messages via the cheap electronic communication.
