Electronic archiving


UnifiedPost offers an online archive for al your documents. All communication processed on the UnifiedPost platform, wil be archived. In case of legal documents, like invoices and salary slips, UnifiedPost will archive the documents following the applicable law.

Via password and login, users can consult all documents securely from the online archive. Each user can have specific rights. Archived documents can be retrieved via different search criteria. Through an online application end-users can also have access to their personal documents.

Legal archive

The UnifiedPost archive responds to the European and national legislation concerning electronic archiving. As the UnifiedPost archive is mirrored, your documents are always available and never lost. Furthermore UnifiedPost has received an accreditation by the Belgian Tax Administration for its solution concerning electronic invoicing.

Central archive

Thanks to UnifiedPost your company has one central archive: both incoming and outgoing communication can be kept in one central environment. Documents which are not sent or received via UnifiedPost can also be integrated in the archive.
