By means of Web Posting, the sender of communication gives the receiver web access to view any historic communication which has been sent to him (paper, fax,…). The communication will be archived on the UnifiedPost communication platform.

For the receiver it is now possible to:

• consult the information
• download the information
• print, forward the information
• receive the e-document in expectation of the paper document

The above-mentioned functionalities are protected by password and log in.

Customers use this Web Posting solution in several occasions. For instance: a printed, physical document can refer to the web-posted document. If the customer wants to know the details, he needs to consult the web-posted document (for example: invoices and enclosures).
