UnifiedPost, your partner for paper and electronic registered mail

| Enter a new era with your registered mail! Soon you can send them electronically! An user-friendly and ecologic alternative for the paper version. |
Electronic delivery, sent on paper
Today you can already send your paper invoices via the UnifiedPost platform. Thanks to UnifiedPost you no longer have to print the documents, put them in envelops and provide them with a bar code yourself. Our experienced printers take care of this and make sure that the documents are delivered correctly to the post. In an online archive, you can consult the send documents and their status.
One partner that optimizes all your registered mail
In the near future you can legally send electronic registered mail. You send all your documents to UnifiedPost and we break it down in paper and electronic delivery.
The addressee receives a notification as soon as the electronic registered mail is available. After signing for receipt with his/her electronic identity card, the addressee can consult his/her mail. Most probably you are saving him or her a trip to the post office!
In case the addressee does not sign for receipt during a certain period of time, the document will be send on paper after all.
