Creation of templates is a standard functionality on the UnifiedPost communication platform.

Different technologies are available:

• Technologies for simple merging of mailings and business documents.  The business user has the possibility to change the layout of the templates.  Special attention is given to the ergonomics of the solution.
• Technologies for the generation of complex and/or high volume repeatable business documents.
• Technologies for e-mail body templates.

The technology will enable business users to create templates that will produce highly personalized documents, following the data transmitted from the customer’s IT systems.

All the templates are created in a “development environment”. After having been tested and approved, they are moved to production.
