UnifiedPost is a web based platform and offers solutions for:

The platform

The platform accepts multichannel incoming document flows (printed/scanned and electronic), offers solutions for workflow (eg. review, cancel or approval of documents) and has a user-friendly search engine for the retrieval of archived documents.

• Web based document creation tool
  
  This tool is developed in order to create multichannel documents.  Special attention is given to the ergonomics of the solution allowing us to state that the solution is used by business users without any IT intervention.
  
  

• Multichannel document diffusion
  
  The platform allows simultaneous sending via print, e-mail, fax and web posting.

  All communication generated on the UnifiedPost platform is legally archived.  Via a web interface users have access to their archived files stored on the platform.  The customer decides on what search criteria the documents can be retrieved.
