About the job

Your responsibilities as Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

  • You will be the final responsible for our monthly semi-automated invoice run for several Unifedpost entities;

  • You will take care of all customer correspondence via email or phone, reconciling customer statements;

  • You will help to maintain all customer data;

  • You will assist in:

  • The setup of a control mechanism related to the invoice process;

  • The integration of newly acquired companies within the UP group;

  • You will manage & collect our outstanding invoices and take ownership of the credit management process;

Your responsibilities as Senior Accounts Payable Officer

  • You will assist in the GL, analytical and tax coding of incoming bills for some of the Unifiedpost entities;

  • A pre-processing accounts payable system will facilitate the AP work, so coding is restricted to a minimum;

  • You will help to maintain all vendor data, including coding templates;

  • You will assist to implement a Purchase order system with automatic matching.

  • As senior colleague, you will advise and assist a small AR/AP team.

We would be happy to see

  • A strong administrative profile with a financial background and 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable

  • Positive attitude, ownership, flexible and efficient personality, a certain level of immunity to stress, independent worker, detail-oriented

  • Perfect communication skills

  • Good team player used to work together with colleagues from different departments

  • Perfect Dutch and English speaking with good knowledge of the French language

  • Able to work with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
