We’re looking for a Sales & Business  Development Manager for PAY-NXT, who will setup, implement and execute a clear sales strategy for the Benelux market as digital B2B solution provider in document management, payment solutions and electronic identification. The ideal candidate is a commercial driven hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse and entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do :

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Organize business meetings in order to attract new customers
  • Keep in touch with existing customers on the commercial side
  • Demonstrate the value of our Document and Payment solutions to the customer
  • Negotiate commercial terms for new contracts
  • Is the main responsible for closing new deals/contracts
  • Work with and update SalesForce, and consistently follows up on leads
  • Build your career within our organisation

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor and/or Master’s degree, preferably in business or technical field
  • Language : clear, concise, coherent and complete written and verbal communication in Dutch, English and preferably French
  • Critical thinking – ability to search, classify, interpret, synthetize and present information
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver autonomously the job tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work with distributed teams, people from different cultures and countries, and constructively deal with differences of opinions and views
  • Proactive, take ownership, focus on problem solving more than problem finding and adapt to changing environment and priorities
  • Innovation – curious about new technologies, think about continuous improvement and find new tools and methods for yourself and your colleagues
  • Availability to travel abroad (no more than 1-2 times per year for about 1 week), if needed
  • Background: at least 5 years of working experience preferably in a sales role where you have successfully sold complex products and/or services, by preference in the payment industry
