Unifiedpost was founded in Belgium by our CEO, Hans Leybaert, in 2001. Since 22 September 2020, we are listed on Euronext Brussels.
As of March 2021, Unifiedpost Group expanded to the Spanish market through the acquisition of Sistema eFactura, having its headquarters in Madrid. Sistema eFactura was created in December 2019 as a carve-out from Eurobits Technologies, and was later on acquired by Tink AS.
Sistema eFactura was created with the aim of gaining the trust of the most demanding customers and establishing itself as a reference in the promotion of electronic invoicing among our customers, SMEs, Fintechs and Banks, and in the development of new transaction channels and relations between entities, financial services and Public Administrations.
