Unifiedpost was founded in Belgium by our CEO, Hans Leybaert, in 2001. We are listed on Euronext Brussels since 22 September 2020.
We opened our first Swiss office in July 2019 in Geneva. A second office, in Zurich, was created through the acquisition of crossinx.
As of April 2021, Unifiedpost Group and crossinx joined forces to create a unique European business network. Therefore, the crossinx products are also available on the market for Swiss Unifiedpost Group customers. crossinx is a leading business network and the leader in the fast-growing B2B fintech market.

crossinx, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, was founded in 2007 and has ever since been a pioneer in connecting companies with their customers, suppliers and partners and in enabling seamless and innovative data exchange. In 2020, crossinx AG in Zurich was founded.
The crossinx platform facilitates financial and purchasing automation by exchanging any documents and data electronically – from the order to the invoice – via its network existing of millions of companies and administrations worldwide. With its services, it helps SMEs, mid-sized and large corporates not only regarding their digital optimization of processes but also regarding their short-term liquidity.
