Sender Portal Authentication & Login

At Unifiedpost, continuous improvement is key, and we value the protection of your data as our main priority.
We are delighted to inform you that we will be moving our authentication and login service to a central tool, allowing you to have one single set of credentials to log in to all our applications.

Next to consolidating all user accounts into one central account, we also improve the protection of your data by increasing the security of the login process.
From next year on (release February 7th 2022), we will enforce multi-factor authentication at login to better protect both your account and the access to your data.

What will change for you:

  • At first login after the go-live, you will be asked to activate your two-factor authentication (this can be done via popular authenticator apps like: FreeOTP, Google Authenticator or any other authenticator app of your choice). 
  • A new page where you can update your account settings (email, password, two-factor authentication) will become available.
  • All login pages will have the new layout with improved user experience.

What can you expect from us:

More Unifiedpost tools and applications will be migrated to this new central authentication service in the course of 2022.
