PSD2: Fallback

! Fallback is only supported in production and then only if the standard APIs are not responding.
To demonstrate fallback we provide a script which will construct a valid fallback request but this will not work in the sandbox.

• execute: /fallback-login.sh --consent-id <valid-consent-id> --issuer PSDBE-NBB-123.456.789
• The request will create and sign a JWT.
• The issuer is the TPP PSD2 authorisation id from the National Competent Authority.
• The response will contain a URL containing a one-time-password.
• Paste the response into a web browser.
• The browser will display the accounts that the consent has access to.
• If only balances are permitted then no transactions will be shown.
• If only transactions are permitted then no balances will be shown.
