Our offering in Romania
Manage all your purchase invoices with Fitekin
An online purchase invoice management system for approval workflow. The system supports e-invoices, PDF and paper invoices, as well as receipt processing. The verification, coordination, approval, posting, archiving of invoices and sending to the company's accounting system can be partially or fully automated. Fitekin offers you an opportunity to work remotely using any device with an Internet connection.
Unifiedpost offers a payment service for bulk invoice senders, where the customer pays the invoice sent by email with the attached payment button. The payment service can be used both in the cover letter of invoices sent by email and in the document sent, as well as on printed invoices with a QR code. The payment service is an additional service for sending invoices. The payment option is added to the invoices as a payment button (in the technical sense with a payment link), and the recipient of the invoice can choose their home bank from among the banks and pay the invoice securely.
EDI - Electronic data exchange in the goods supply process
Recognized as the standard in the international business market, EDI combines different business systems and ensures an efficient exchange of data between trading partners.
Electronic data exchange solutions are not only relevant for companies that process a large number of orders or manage stocks of goods and inventories (for example wholesale, retail, logistics and transport, manufacturing companies and hotels) but also for SME’s, where we can offer a tailor-made solution.
EDI helps business management systems of suppliers, recipients, logistics companies and other process participants to “talk” to each other in real-time. Submitting orders, receipts or invoice delivery in your business becomes an effective process and you feel the real value when you start using it.

Unifiedpost Group expands business platform Billtobox with payment functionality
One of Europe’s leading Fintech firms, Unifiedpost Group, is enabling SMEs using their Billtobox platform to start paying and receiving payments within the platform. “To make administrative and financial processes simpler and smarter, Billtobox customers will now be able to manage invoicing, digital archiving of documents, accounting and payments in a single platform,” said Unifiedpost Payments CEO Arthur Paijens.
Starting today, SMEs using Unifiedpost Group’s Billtobox platform will be able to opt into a service that enables them to manage payments within the platform. Following the recent implementation of the PSD2-directive, Unifiedpost Group, via its licensed payment institution Unifiedpost Payments, is able to offer Billtobox clients payment solutions within the Billtobox platform without the direct involvement of a bank. Billtobox is a digital platform that allows SMEs to manage invoices and other documents, and to easily share them with their accountant.
Unifiedpost Sign ready to speed up business processes with electronic signatures
Getting the right signatures on the right piece of paper has always been an important part of running a business: crucial documents like contracts simply need signing. Yet, more and more processes are being handled electronically, both in the home and in business premises. The current reality of homeworking during the pandemic has certainly catalysed this evolution, but, many businesses, however, still rely on pen and paper for signatures. Why?
When you add up all the extra labour associated with printing, rescanning and processing signed documents, it’s obvious how much time and productivity is being wasted.
